Terms of Service — Vibe Variant

The service

The app filters the product media gallery on your Shopify storefront so that shoppers see the images associated with the variant they have selected. It operates on your store's existing product media and does not modify your theme's files.

Plans and billing

The app offers a free plan and a paid plan. Automatic variant image grouping is included on every plan without limit. Manual per-variant overrides are limited to your first 10 products on the free plan and unlimited on the paid plan.

The price of the paid plan depends on your Shopify plan, and ranges from $5 to $85.90 per month. The price applicable to your store is shown in the app before you approve any charge. A 14-day free trial applies. All billing is handled by Shopify and charged to your Shopify account. Charges recur every 30 days until cancelled. Prices are in USD.

You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or downgrading. Shopify's billing terms govern refunds and proration.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your store's content, including product images, and for having the rights to use them. You agree not to use the app to breach Shopify's terms or any applicable law.

The app requires its storefront component to be enabled in your theme. If it is switched off, the app cannot filter anything, and we are not responsible for the resulting behaviour of your storefront.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The storefront filtering runs in the shopper's browser and does not depend on our servers, so your product pages continue to work normally even if our admin interface is unavailable.

We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app we will give merchants reasonable notice.

Theme compatibility

The app works with themes that render product media using Shopify's standard markup, which includes Shopify's own themes and most themes built on them. It may not work correctly on a heavily customised or unconventional theme. If it does not work on yours, contact us — we will either make it work or tell you plainly that we cannot.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost sales. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
